Society Structure
Vancouver Branch
Professional Development Group
The branch was recently started, the founding members being a mix of landscape professionals and home gardeners. For now we have joint meetings, but we anticipate that our professionals will form networks and alliances amongst themselves. This worked to everyone's benefit in the early years of SOUL in Victoria - and it can work here also.
We believe that the best way to grow a vibrant organic land care industry is through cooperation, and by creating a strong and visible working group.
You don't have to be an organic landscaper to join us! SOUL's mission is "to support our communities in their transition to organic practices" - and the horticulture industry is one of those communities. The transition to organics is a steep learning path, requiring continuing education and peer support.
And that's what SOUL is all about. Join us!
