Surrey SOUL Chapter first meeting was a complete success! Erin Desautels, the Nature Centre Programs Coordinator was our first guest speaker. Erin invited the Surrey SOULers to participate in the many activities and functions that the  Surrey Nature Centre are going to hold at the Centre and throughout Surrey. We are delighted to be included and look forward to our continued partnership. Now we have the challenge of coming up with innovative and fun ideas for adults, children and families for all these exciting events.

Congratulations and picture taking were also part of our first meeting, for all the graduates of the Organic Master Gardener program. Each graduate received the coveted OMG certificate and a package of mixed lettuce seeds generously donated by Westcoast Seeds, our local organic seed source.
