SOUL Organic Master Gardeners - VictoriaThis group doesn't actually exist yet - but it will as soon as the first group has students has graduated from the 2007 Organic Master Gardener Course! We tried various ways to provide meaningful educational opportunities to home gardeners: an organic gardening club, educational talks, social events - with mixed success. We finally realized that not only professionals, but home gardeners also, need more in-depth "re"-education than could be obtained from short workshops. As a volunteer group the Organic Master Gardeners will also become SOUL's public outreach group, a resource to our community for organic gardening advice. This is VERY exciting, and we are all looking forward to this new venture.
